Bay Pools & Spa has been our pool service
for the past year and a half. They have serviced our pool with
the previous owners of our home which have been completely happy
with Runaway Bay and referred
the
company to us.This has been a first class service and we are
very happy with the service they provide. We are kept up to date
with

Runaway Bay Pool and Spa has saved our pool. Every summer our
pool would turn green and we would be unable to swim in it for days
on
end.....UNTIL Runaway Bay. Last year was the first summer in 5 years
that we enjoyed
our pool every day of summer. We love our "pool
guy" so do our kids and even our dogs!!! ( he sneaks treats
to them). Honest, reliable, excellent service.

We have had Runaway Bay Pool and Spa for about 2 years and
it has been the best pool service we've had. We are gone for over
6 months of the year and have always had concerns during the "monsoon" periods
that the pool service would not take care of the pool and there
would be damage. But shortly after we started with Ken, Scottsdale
had the "perfect
storm" and
we've been told our pool (and all others) had several inches of
mud on the bottom. Ken supported us in getting it clean,
even though he had to make extra trips to continually backwash
it. We
and our neighbors were all impressed with the dedication and effort
he
put into it.
He keeps up on the latest pool technology and has
worked on several issues with our pool. We recently had a neighbor
ask
us
for his name so they could start using him. Ken does an over all
great
job and we have certainly recommended him.

I have had Ken Sehr from Runaway Bay Pool and Spa maintaining my
pool since I purchased my home in Scottsdale. I am back and forth
to Scottsdale several times a year and I have the comfort of knowing
my pool
will be well maintained while I am not in town. Whenever
I return, it is always in great shape. Ken is most accommodating
in anything extra that I might want done and is extremely personable.
